The content of our pages is produced with the utmost care. However, we cannot warrant that the information provided is correct, complete, and up to date. As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages under Article 7(1) of the German Telemedia Act (TMG), as per general legislation. However, in accordance with Articles 8 through 10 TMG, as a service provider we are not obliged to monitor third-party information which is transmitted or stored or to examine such information for indications of unlawful activity. This does not affect our obligations to remove or block the usage of information if required under general legislation. However, this liability only comes into effect when we become aware of a concrete legal violation. Should we become aware of any such legal violation, we will remove the associated content without delay.

Liability for Links

Our website contains links to external third-party websites. As we have no control over the content of these sites, we cannot accept any liability for this third-party content. The content of linked pages is always the responsibility of the relevant website provider or operator. The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations when the links were set. No unlawful content was found at this time. However, it is not feasible for the content of linked pages to be checked on an ongoing basis if there are no concrete indications of legal violations. Should we become aware of any legal violations, we will remove the associated links without delay.

Copyright

The content and work on these pages which was produced by the website operators is protected by German copyright. It may not be reproduced, altered, disseminated, or used in any way beyond what is permitted under copyright law without the written consent of the relevant author or originator. Downloads and copies of this site are only permitted for private, noncommercial use. If the content of this site was not produced by the operator, it complies with third-party copyright. Should we become aware of any legal violations, we will remove the associated content without delay.

Cookies

This website uses so-called cookies in several places. Cookies help us to make our Web offering more user-friendly, more effective, and more secure. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and saved by your browser. Most of the cookies we use are so-called session cookies. These cookies are deleted automatically once your visit has ended. Cookies do not harm your computer in any way and do not contain viruses.
Newsletter/RSS

If you would like to receive the newsletter offered on the website, we need you to provide us with a valid email address and information that allows us to check that you are the owner of the email address provided or that the owner of this email address is happy to receive the newsletter.

No other data is collected. You may at any time withdraw your consent to the storage of your data and email address and to the use of such data for the purpose of distributing the newsletter.

Google Analytics Privacy Policy

To make the website as user-friendly as possible, we use a statistics program to analyze anonymized data generated by usage of the site. This program is called Google Analytics and is a Web analysis service of Google, Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses so-called cookies. These are text files that are stored on your computer which allow your use of the website to be analyzed. The information generated by a cookie regarding your use of this website is generally sent to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

However, if IP anonymization is activated – as it is on this website – Google will truncate your IP address within the member states of the European Union or in other signatory states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases is a complete IP address sent to a Google server in the USA and then truncated there. Google shall use this information on behalf of the operator of this website to analyze your usage of the website, to compile reports on website activities, and to provide the website operator with other services related to use of the website and the Internet.

The IP address provided by your browser and collected by Google Analytics is not combined with any other data by Google. You can prevent cookies from being stored by adjusting your browser software settings. However, please note that in this case you may not be able to use all of the website functions in full. You can likewise prevent Google from collecting and using the data generated by cookies relating to your website usage (including your IP address) by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available from the following link:http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout

As an alternative to the browser add-on or within browsers on mobile devices, you can use this link (deactivate Google Analytics) to prevent Google Analytics from collecting data within this website in the future.

The opt-out only works in that browser and only applies to this domain. It stores an opt-out cookie on your device. If you delete the cookies in that browser, you will have to click on the link again.

This website also uses Google Analytics features for advertisers: remarketing with Google Analytics, reports on impressions in the Google Display Network, integration of the DoubleClick platform, and Google Analytics reports on performance based on demographic characteristics and interests. In connection with display advertising, ads are shown on websites by third parties, including Google. This website and third-party providers, including Google, use cookies for this purpose. Using first-party cookies (e.g. Google Analytics cookies) combined with third-party cookies (e.g. DoubleClick cookies) enables more targeted advertising based on previous visits. This allows the targeting, delivery, and placement of ads to be optimized. Remarketing lists for search ads are used in connection with Google AdWords advertising. This allows search ads to be tailored better to the needs of search users. Furthermore, reports are used to optimize advertising based on demographic characteristics and interests. This form of advertising is completely pseudonymized. No personal data is stored and usage profiles are not associated with your personal data. You can use the following link here to change or disable these features via the settings for Google advertising: www.google.com/settings/ads/onweb/?hl=de

Below is also a link to the opt-out page of the American Network Advertising Initiative (NAI). You can use this to opt out of certain advertising: www.networkadvertising.org/choices

Use of Google Adwords Conversion Tracking

Additionally, this website uses Google conversion tracking. This means that Google Adwords places a cookie on your computer if you accessed our website via a Google ad. These cookies expire after 30 days and do not serve to identify you personally. If the user visits certain pages of the Adwords client’s website before the cookie expires, Google and the client can tell that the user clicked on the ad and was forwarded to this page. Every Adwords client receives a different cookie. This means that cookies cannot be tracked across the websites of Adwords clients. The information collected with the aid of the conversion cookie is used to produce conversion statistics for Adwords clients who have chosen to use conversion tracking. Adwords clients can see the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were taken to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information that can be used to identify users personally. If you do not wish to take part in tracking, you can also opt out of the cookies that need to be set for this purpose – for example by adjusting your browser settings to disable cookies automatically. You can also deactivate conversion tracking cookies by setting your browser up to block cookies from the domain “www.googleadservices.com.” To read Google’s conversion tracking privacy policy, click here.

Data Protection

Protecting your personal data which is collected, processed, and used when you visit our website matters to us.

Your data is protected in line with the legal requirements.

Below you can find information – as per Article 13 of the German Telemedia Act – about which data is collected when you visit our website and how it is used: collecting and processing anonymous data

Every time you visit our website or access a file stored on the site, this is recorded using standard Web server log files. These files are stored for internal system-related and statistical purposes. The information recorded includes: name of the file accessed, date and time of the request, data volume transmitted, log of the successful request, Web browser, and requesting domain. In addition, the IP addresses of requesting computers are recorded.

This data is anonymous/not personal and cannot be assigned to specific individuals. This data is not combined with other data sources. Furthermore, the data is deleted once it has been analyzed statistically.

Additional personal data is only recorded if you provide these details voluntarily, for example in connection with a query or registration.

Using and Sharing Personal Data

If you have provided us with personal data, we only use it to answer your queries, perform contracts concluded with you, and for technical administration purposes. Under no circumstances will your data be shared, sold, rented, or otherwise supplied to third parties.

Your personal data will only be forwarded or otherwise transmitted to third parties if this is necessary for the purpose of fulfilling a contract – in particular the forwarding of order details to suppliers – for billing purposes, or if you have previously consented to this. You have the right to withdraw your consent with future effect anytime.

Your personal data will be deleted if you withdraw your consent to its storage, if it is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was stored, or its storage is not permitted for other legal reasons.

Right to Information

On receipt of a written request, we will gladly tell you what personal data we have stored about you, if any.

It should be noted that the transfer of information via the Internet (e.g. during communication via email) may contain security gaps. Comprehensive protection of data from third-party access is not possible.

Please note that the contact details published in connection with the statutory legal notice may not be used by third parties to send unsolicited advertisements or information. The operators of the website explicitly reserve the right to take legal action if they are sent unsolicited advertising information, such as spam.
